INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

Laboratorio Creativo is an interior architecture studio that specializes in interior design spaces and brand experiences that spark curiosity. We focus on optimizing layouts and spaces for the private residential sector, meticulously analyzing flow, function, and construction to ensure our designs align with our clients’ needs and aspirations. With our minimalist aesthetic, scientific refinement and illustrative style, we are dedicated to creating beautiful and functional things. Design craftsmanship is the soul of our laboratorio.

At our studio, we prioritize quality over quantity. We work closely with our clients, examining every detail meticulously to create tailored designs. Also, we blend our clients’ vision with our architectural expertise to produce an awesome design. We ensure you have all the necessary information and guidance to make informed decisions. There will be a number of choices to be made, but you will be happiest with the end result if you are involved in the process. We design spaces that enhance daily life.

Our services include full interior architecture drawing documentation, covering all stages of the design process from initial concept development to final implementation.

DESIGN PROCESS

01. BRIEF

We will ask many questions to know you and your needs better. This includes site measurements, lifestyle discussions, functional requirements, and budget conversations. Ingredients in a recipe are very important, so we collect all the details and ideas from you.

Timeline: 1-2 meetings

02. CONCEPT

We develop spatial layouts, mood boards, and material palettes. Choosing the right ingredients and defining the recipe for the next step.

Timeline: 2-3 weeks

03. TECHNICAL

At this step we mix all the ingredients with the agreed recipe plus one part creativity and a lot of work. We create comprehensive construction drawings, electrical/plumbing plans, specifications, and material schedules.

Timeline: 3-4 weeks

04. IMPLEMENTATION

The final project is defined and ready to be launched! We coordinate with contractors, conduct site supervision, and provide ongoing support through construction and final styling.

Timeline: Varies by project scope
